Ordered an ego trimmer and blower combo. They clearly sent me a returned/opened/resealed one…. I sent them photos and they say FedEx must have tampered with it….. lol….. cannot admit they sent me a returned product. My two options are wait for return label and get a refund after they receive it back and access the product or wait for a label, send it back and wait for them to get more in stock… terrible first time experience do not buy pricey stuff off this website. Your $ will be tied up.

I recently bought my first home and wanted to purchase a lawn mower. I found one on Acme Tools at a really discounted price and was happy to find this website. After purchasing and waiting for this lawn mower for over 6 weeks, I'm still without a mower and have grass to cut. I got over $200 off on this particular EGO mower, so I cannot return it at the moment, otherwise I would lose out on all savings/sale price. I have reached out to customer service over 5 times now over a couple weeks. I get the same answer each attempt, "we will call you back later today once we get an answer." I have yet to receive a call back. I thought 4 weeks would be enough before I moved into my new home. But now I'm stuck trying to decide if I should lose $200 and go find another source and wait longer potentially. The staff was very nice and courteous, I just wish there could be something done other than telling me to wait. I almost feel as if the promotion wasn't supposed to happen and now they are trying to wait out customers in order to make up for the lost cash. I doubt it, but nothing else makes sense to me right now. That same mower is currently listed online as being able to ship within 3 weeks And $200 higher. I cannot recommend this website to anybody else looking for tools. My experience has just been annoying as I get blown off.

Before I thought this store was the best for any equipment after I buying my pump and broke down the second time that I used and when I bring it back, they don’t want to fix it because there’s no warranty and anything is where you find out this store is not good to buy anything because there’s no warranty anything you buy it doesn’t matter if there days old Or one week old or two months old they always charge you for everything. My pump broke down and the first two times that I use it and I pay $120 that’s not fair. I’m not recommended this store to buying to anybody.

This is a very dangerous store to enter because guaranteed you will end up walking around and looking at tools that you did not intend to and if you are anything like me you'll end up buying . This store is huge and set up very well. They always have what seems like 10-15 very helpful employees that will help you with whatever you need and the best part is I have yet to come across a single employee that isn't knowledgeable when it comes to general construction practices.
